Design System Design Balance Writing UI Mulitplayer

As the sole designer for a team of up to fifteen developers I had to carefully plan the progress of the design to meet development milestones and the needs of my team members. Changes in the project required the design to be pivoted multiple times during development, with major features being added, cut or changed regularly. Also used Excel to generate powerful game balance tools to counter the loss of player tracking that were prohibited by Apple Arcade.
